Attractive cottage situated in peaceful and relaxing location just outside the village of St. Aubin Des Chateaux, 4miles from the historic town of Chateaubriant in the Loire-Atlantique region. The village has all amenities needed for a small village, ideal for exploring the Loire valley southern Britanny and the Atlantic coast.
The cottage has a large front garden and two large back gardens laid to grass, with patio and stone traditional barbeque. Garden furniture, fully enclosed and safe for children and dogs. Large double garage.
The cottage has three bedrooms with king size bed in the main bedroom with patio windows to main garden, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds. All bedding included. One bathroom with shower and a large splashpool.
Lounge/dinning room with wood burning stove, hifi/dvd/tv/video. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher.
The cottage also has a washing machine.
